Caramel Coffee with Hazelnut Whipped Cream

Ingredients

Coffee brewed to taste
1 tsp Flavorganics Carmel Extract
1 cup heavy cream (40% fat)
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. Flavorganics Hazelnut Extract

For Coffee:

Bring brewing coffee, spinkle 1 teaspoon of Flavorganics Carmel Extract over coffee grounds in the filter brew to desired strength.

For Hazelnut Whipped Cream:

Chill a metal bowl and teaters from an electric mixer.

Beat 1 cup heavy cream (40% fat), 2 teaspoon sugar and 1 tsp. Flavorganics Hazelnut Extract until soft peaks form. Do not overbeat or whipped will be lumpy.
